COMMUNITY SiFi FIBER OPTIC PROJECT UNDERWAY | VIDEO

The Woodfield Community FiberCity journey is underway! There are several steps in the process to install SiFi Fiber Optics. This "So What Happens Next" flyer (pdf) will help you to understand what will be happening and when. Additionally, be sure to watch the video linked above for better understanding. Thanks for your patience as we progress through this community upgrade. 

 SAFE LIST PARKING: Safe List Vehicles When Parking in Guest Parking

Courtesy Patrol Specialists is the patrol service for the Woodfield Community. 

Everyone will have 10 safe list days in a 90-day rolling period. Beyond that, the homeowner would have to reach out  to Charles Linder, Optimum Property Manager for an extended period. Watch your mailbox for more details to arrive from Courtesy Patrol Specialists. They will provide each homeowner with the ability to login and safe list on-line shortly.

Information to have available when you call Courtesy Patrol Specialists:
  1. Resident name
  2. Resident address
  3. Resident phone
  4. Guest vehicle's license plate number
  5. Guess vehicle description (make, model, color)

ALERT OC: Mass Notification System for Orange County Residents

Alert OC is a mass notification system designed to keep Orange County residents and businesses informed of emergencies. This system is utilized by the Police and Fire Department for time-sensitive alerts. They are able to pinpoint exact structures that may be affected and get a notice to you at once! With so many of us moving away from landline and living in a mobile society, this system is designed to give alerts where we live and work. If you are a caregiver to someone residing at a different address, you are encouraged to sign up at that address so you may be their helping hand. This will give you any notices you may need relevant to that geography. The notice may be sent to your home, cell or business phone. Text messages may also be sent to cell phones, e-mail accounts and hearing impaired receiving devices. AlertOC is a joint County/City program and they will not share your information or spam you. However, they do test the system each year. www.AlertOC.com

This is a FREE social network site that helps neighbor share information, safety concerns, get recommendations, sell or giveaway items, find a lost pet, and share local events.
